| Substitution Policy In our desire to provide the freshest flowers available. There may be instances where substitutions are necessary. If the product you are requesting is not available, we will substitute it with a similar stem or bouquet at the same or greater value of your order, to maintain the intended presentation of your request. When placing your order please advise if this is not acceptable. Order Changes Please be advised that once your order is en route or has been delivered we will not be able to make any changes. For cancellations or changes on delivery dates or addresses, simply call our store directly at 1-800- 967-8811. No cancellations or change requests may be made via e-mail. Delivery Policies Stallings Flowers delivery area includes Terrell, Kaufman, Wills Points, Forney, Crandall, and Quinlan. Delivery fees vary depending on location. Please call for exact amount. To insure freshness, we contact recipients prior to delivery. You will be notified if we are unable to deliver within 24 hours after the requested delivery date. We recommend that you select a delivery address at which the recipient will be present during daytime hours (9am – 5pm). U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and on most major holidays. See our business hours. Pricing Due to price increases from our suppliers at major holidays, pricing shown is subject to change without prior notification. All orders received seven or more days prior to the changes will be subject to those increases. You will be then notified and given the opportunity to accept or cancel your order. |
